    Island Bloom Hibiscus Spritz
    Ingredients (1 drink)
    • 3 oz hibiscus tea, chilled (strong brew)
    • ½ oz fresh lime juice
    • ½ oz simple syrup or honey syrup (adjust to taste)
    • ¼ tsp Backriver Blends Original Jerk Marinade
      (or Maine Blueberry for a softer finish)
    • 2–3 oz sparkling water
    • Ice
    Method
    1. Brew hibiscus tea strong and chill completely.
    2. Add hibiscus tea, lime juice, sweetener, and jerk marinade to a shaker.
    3. Shake briefly with ice (just to blend).
    4. Strain into an ice-filled glass.
    5. Top with sparkling water.
    6. Garnish lightly.
    Garnish Options (keep it refined)
    • Lime wheel
    • Mint or basil
    • Edible hibiscus flower (if available)
    • Thin slice of ginger
